Hourly and Salary Positions with Competitive Compensation
Fresh Start Foods offers dental, drug and medical benefits to employees after (30) days of continuous full-time employment. After (90) days of continuous full-time employment employees will be eligible to participate in our long-term disability, life insurance, critical illness and accidental death and dismemberment plans. Flex benefits are available on an individual or family basis with corresponding costs for each coverage.
Fresh Start Foods has also partnered with PocketPills to make receiving your medications simple. Through the app or website, you can order medication, schedule refills, and consult with pharmacists. Your medication will then arrive directly at your door, discreetly packaged, at no additional cost.
In addition to our health benefits we also offer financial benefits. Employees are able to join our group Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) which consists of a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) with Manulife Financial. When you join the plan and make contributions to the RRSP, the Company will match your RRSP contributions up to a maximum of 3% into your DPSP account.
